Drawn volumes
modulation in clay transposed in gypsum
Starting from one-dimensional drawings (1 a 100), created by me on a daily basis, I intended to re-interpret and imagine them in a more dimensional and physical vision, that is, recreate them in matter in a pluridimensional way.
In a way, the subsequent multidimensional production of the object will "save" the drawing from its flat perspective, allowing other facets of it to emerge that are not visualised on paper.
In the future, I am thinking of printing on gypsum or similar pieces to give them more visual characteristics than just three-dimensionality.
The work of Emma Nishimura in "Collected Stories" and "An Archive of Rememory" is, on a more visual level, a closer perspective of the work that I wanted to present with these pieces.
